Higher Chemistry Part 1

This course comprises 4 units. This volume comprises of the first two units of the course. The first unit covers Chemical changes and structure including the Periodic Table, bonding, structure, intermolecular forces, oxidising agents and reducing agents. The second unit covers Nature’s chemistry including alcohols, carboxylic acids, esters, fats, oils, proteins, cooking, oxidation and fragrances.
