Higher Art and Design

This course comprises 2 units. The first part of Unit 1 covers the design activity including investigation, development, refinement, solution, evaluation and final folio. The unit also looks at design analysis and movements such as Arts and Crafts, Art Nouveau, 1930s-1950s, 1960s, 1970s and the Contemporary Movement. Unit 2 covers the expressive activity including the disciplines, investigation, research, development ideas, final outcome and evaluation. The unit also looks at various visual arts movements.
